After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Steve Machnicz, met with the customer in the home to estimate the issues they were having. 

Then it would be time for one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his team to work on this project. They installed a WaterGuard system, a SuperSump Plus, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These three systems will work together to keep this basement dry. The water collected will drain into the sump pump and that will be discharged out of the home at a safe distance. The dehumidifier will prevent moisture and mold growth in the basement. Now this customer is happy knowing their basement will stay dry.

Wrapping the piers would also be beneficial to the crawlspace, as seen in the after photo. The SaniDry Sedona will keep the humidity low in the crawl space which will prevent any mold growth.
