A homeowner located in West Hartford, CT expressed an interest in waterproofing his basement. He reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems, making contact with Sales Representative Mick Foster. Scheduling a free in-home consultation, Foster suggested some potential improvements over the phone.

Upon arriving at the home, Foster began by measuring various portions of the basement to determine the best course of action.
