They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to solve their problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Tony Van Deusen, met with the customer in their home to estimate their issues. He informed them that they would need our TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace to ensure their basement is waterproofed. 

Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Marcio Bahiense, and his team to take on this project. They installed the TripleSafe which would collect any water from the WaterGuard system that they also installed, and pump it out into the yard at a safe distance. They also installed CleanSpace on the walls to protect them from moisture and mold growth. Now this customer is satisfied with their dry basement!

They put CleanSpace around the whole perimeter on the floors and walls. This would ensure there will be no more water damage. They also installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump to pump out any water collected away from the home at a safe distance. For extra protection from moisture and mold growth, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawlspace is water-free and the homeowner is happy!

Upon calling, the homeowners made contact with Sales Representative James Stablein. Stablein listened to their concerns, measuring the basement to put together a proposal documenting potential waterproofing solutions.

Once the proposal was approved, Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived on-site to begin the install. Working off of Stablein's proposal, the install included our WaterGuard French drain system around the perimeter, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and our TripleSafe sump pump system. These systems work in tandem to mitigate moisture, expelling it to a safe location outside of the home.

With the install complete, the homeowners were thrilled with the results and looks forward to enjoying their stress-free basement!

Whenever it rained, water would flow into the basement from under the door. We installed a French Drain in this home, which is grated on the top to catch any water that would enter the house. Once the cement around it dries, it will keep water from flowing into the basement for years!
