This homeowner was experiencing basement flooding, so they decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems. We quickly sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Tim Kane, to evaluate the basement. He proposed to the homeowner that we install a few of our waterproofing products to eliminate the problem. Once the homeowner set the appointment, we sent in one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his team.

When Cisco and his team arrived, they got straight to work. They installed our WaterGuard system, which is below the floor, creating a drainage system. They also installed our SuperSump Plus, which works with our waterproofing system to keep the basement dry. Another product that was installed was our TrenchDrain, a drainage system designed to prevent groundwater and rainwater from entering the basement. Now, this customer’s home will be kept dry from any flooding!

A homeowner in Colchester, CT had water flooding in their basement from the floors. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Bret Citrin, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Soon, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take collected water and pump it out of the home safely. Now, with our systems, this basement will stay dry, giving the homeowner peace of mind! 

A homeowner in Colchester, CT was experiencing issues with moisture accumulating alongside the perimeter of his basement. In need of a solution, he reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Consultant Brian DiRisi. DiRisi listened attentively to the homeowner's concerns, suggested some ways of mitigating said problems, and scheduled a visit to the home for further evaluation.

Once a visit was scheduled, DiRisi measured the perimeter and took calculated notes to form a proposal tailored to the homeowner's issues. One of these solutions being WaterGuard, a French drain system that collects water running down the walls and along the foundation. Excess water collected by the WaterGuard system is funneled into our SuperSump sump pump [not pictured], then expelled in a safe location away from the house.

With approval from the homeowner, Foreman Moises Chantes and his team began work. Expertly removing the concrete along the perimeter allowed Chantes and his team to install the WaterGuard system, which was later covered with concrete for a seamless, non-invasive appearance. 

The homeowner was thrilled with the results and looks forward to using their dry basement without fear of further moisture accumulation!

This homeowner in Andover, CT was struggling with water in their basement. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution for their water problem. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, went out to the home to see what was going on. He then proposed a proper solution for the issue. 

This job would be best for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew. They would begin by installing a perimeter WaterGuard drainage system. This would go below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. This would then get drained into the TripleSafe sump pump that they installed. Then the TripleSafe would pump out all that water through a discharge line at a safe distance from the home. This means no more water in the basement and the customer is happy with the results!

Now look at the after picture where our company installed a new super sump pump System to prevent flooding. We also installed clean space on the walls as a vapor barrier to guide any water leaking from the wall into the systems.
