Shortly after, Foreman Antonio Diaz and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Following a quick install, the basement was equipped with ample protection against further basement moisture!

When we first visited this home, water was leaking in dramatically. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a SuperSump system to remove the water. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter months.

This Old Greenwich basement had reoccurring water issues. Clearly, part of that problem was caused by an insufficient sump pump. The SuperSump has a powerful Zoeller 1/3 horsepower sump pump which has the ability to pump 2,220 gallons of water away from the basement! The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier prevents water seepage entering the basement through the walls.

Once Foster arrived at the home, he inspected the basement to determine the best possible solutions for the homeowner. Afterwards, he provided the homeowner with a proposal documenting potential solutions, including a TripleSafe sump pump system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and WaterGuard perimeter drain.

A homeowner in Pound Ridge, NY was getting water in their basement that was causing damage and leaving a muddy mess. Once everything was approved, it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew to install the job. They installed WaterGuard drains below the floor (under the new concrete) so that any water coming in from the walls or floor around the entire perimeter of the basement, will get collected and led into the sump pump. Then they installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps, which would take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This pump works with 3 different pumps and is our most reliable sump pump system.
