A homeowner in Westport, CT was experiencing issues pertaining to basement water. In need of a solution from a reputable expert, the homeowner reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems for a free in-home consultation.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative James Stablein. Stablein drafted a proposal, including a solution in line with the customer's needs and budget. 

With the proposal accepted, Foreman Clive Burrell and his team arrived to begin the installation process. For this particular basement, an old sump pump system prompted the homeowner to seek a newer alternative. By installing the TripleSafe sump pump system with three levels of protection against basement water, the homeowner was in much better hands.

Once approved by the homeowner, Foreman Luis Alas arrived on-site with his team to begin work. Following a quick install, the homeowner's now have an enhanced basement protected against further basement moisture!

As you can see from the before picture, this basement was having serious flooding problems. To fix the problem we installed a SuperSump Pump; which will remove the water from the room. We also installed CleanSpace walls to the first 2' of the walls to prevent any further damage from water.

After scheduling an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, went to meet the customer to develop a plan for their space. Once this was done, it would soon be time for our TBF team to come in and start the project. 

Our team would install our EverLast Perimeter wall system, new Oak Treads, ThermalDry Tiles for the floor, new doors, and even 3 EverLast window inserts. Our EverLast Perimeter well system will protect the walls from moisture and mold growth, but still give a beautiful bright look. Once the date was set, one of our Foremen, Chris LaBaire, and his team went to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter of this basement. This drain is below the floor slab. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump which collects the water from the basement. Finally, they installed our IceGuard Discharge Line which is an anti-freeze fitting that ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. This homeowner can now be worry-free with our waterproofing products in place!
