A homeowner in Kent, CT was experiencing water in their basement and decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to solve their problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to estimate the issues. He informed them that they would need to waterproof their basement using our TripleSafe Sump Pump. One of our Foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew took on this project. They installed our TripleSafe system which will properly collect and pump out any water at a safe distance from the home. We also installed our WaterGuard and TrenchDrain systems, completely waterproofing the space. Our CleanSpace walls were also put in to protect the walls from water vapor. Now this homeowner can live worry-free knowing their basement is completely dry!

After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to meet with the customer and estimate the issues that they had. 

One of our foremen, Al Gugliemoni, and his team would be the ones to tackle this project. They installed a perimeter WaterGuard System that would collect and drain any water into the TripleSafe sump pump that they also installed. A TrenchDrain was installed at the bottom of the stairs. To complete the waterproofing system, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure that the basement is moisture and mold-free. Now this homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Marcial Lopez, and his crew to install this project. They installed a WaterGuard drainage system below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or the walls. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump which takes that collected water and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. This sump pump works with three pumps, one of which is a battery backup, making it our strongest sump pump. These systems work together to keep any water out of this basement. They also installed a SaniDry XP, one of our dehumidifiers, to protect the basement from excess moisture and mold growth. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about future water damage. 

This wonderful family in Hawleyville CT had a semi finished basement that they were dying to finish and claim as a hosting place for friends. We came in and gave the homeowners the basement of their dreams. We came in and installed our Everlast Wall System which is 197% stronger than drywall and will never support mold or mildew. Even if the walls are surrounded by water they will never get wet. To replace the cement flooring we put in our Parque ThermalDry flooring which will not support mold because it is not made of organic materials. We also covered up the wood beams with our Drop Ceiling tiles with some beautiful recess lighting to brighten the area. Once everything was complete the home owners put in a beautiful bar with chairs and hosted many parties and many more to come. We are so happy that we could help them.

A couple located in Bridgewater, CT expressed interest in upgrading their basement waterproofing system. Fearing a backup with their small, antiquated sump pump, they decided to make a change. Reaching out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems, the homeowners made contact with Sales Representative Jimmy Stablein, scheduling a free in-home consultation. 

Once Stablein arrived at the home, he explained potential systems the homeowners could install. With the conclusion of the visit, Stablein handed off the proposal to the homeowners. Shortly after, Foreman Chris LaBaire and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Installing WaterGuard around the perimeter, a channel was created allowing water to collect and enter the TripleSafe sump pump. Additional moisture would be removed through the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, self-emptying into the TripleSafe sump pump system.

With the install complete, the homeowners were thrilled with the results! They look forward to utilizing their new basement waterproofing system.
