A homeowner in Bridgewater, CT had a basement that needed new support posts to level and stabilize the floor above. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, to the home to assess the issues and propose a permanent, strong solution. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and his crew installed the proposed job. He installed our SmartJack supports throughout this basement to replace old posts and create permanent stability for the home and the floor above.

Now the homeowner no longer needs to worry if their home is stable and supported because we put our SmartJacks in place! 

This Southport, CT basement had water issues that frequently frustrated the homeowner. The water that would enter the basement left a musty odor, making the area unwelcoming. The homeowner wanted a solution to solve this water issue and decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems.  

The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system paired with a Super Sump pump. The WaterGuard system is a below the floor drainage system that collects water before entering the basement internally and channeling it to the sump pump. We installed our SuperSump pump to collect the water from WaterGuard system and channel it away from the basement. The SuperSump pump has a powerful Zoeller 1/3 horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,200 gallons of water! This was the perfect waterproofing solution for this home and the area now stays dry all year long. With no water entering the basement, the musty odor had diminished and the homeowner could not be happier! 

A homeowner in Southport was getting water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to their problems. After scheduling an appointment, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide a proposal for work they would need to have done to waterproof the basement. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the basement below the floor. This would collect the water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance.
