BrightWall would also be a great solution to prevent moisture entering the basement while giving the basement an updated look. Krzys Wilk and his production team installed the products professionally and efficiently on the day of production. The WaterGuard System (which is under the wet pavement in the after photo) will collect and channel the water to the sump pump before entering the basement. The Brightwall Panels will provide a moisture barrier which will prevent any water issues or smelly odors.

We were able to transform this basement with the help of our WaterGuard System and BrightWall panels. Now, the ground water is collected by the WaterGuard System and is discharged away from the home, keeping the basement dry. The walls were originally discolored due to excessive moisture. This could easily develop to mold growth. Luckily, we installed the BrightWall panels which will prevent moisture or air from seeping through the walls. Not only did this product help waterproof the walls, but it gives the entire basement a clean, fresh look. One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott installed this egress. After having the foundation cut, they installed framing for a new window and then installed it. They then installed our RockWell egress which is up to safety code, so that in case of an emergency, someone in the basement has an easy way out the window and up the egress. This will add value to the home, make the basement brighter, and look like a whole new space! The customer was thrilled with the results!
