A homeowner in North Haven was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us to find a solution to this problem. One of our Sales Consultants, Jeff Wade, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide an estimate for the work that we would install. 

One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, a Sedona dehumidifier, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. With these systems, this whole basement will stay dry all the time. 

This basement in North Haven, CT, was mainly used as a storage area. However, the homeowners wanted a homier-feeling basement. After talking with Connecticut Basement Systems, they decided it was time to finish their basement. Foreman Sheldon Lennon, and his crew transformed this basement into a beautiful living space. They installed EverLast Walls that are stronger than drywall. Additionally, our team installed ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring and Ceiling Linen to give this basement a rich and luxurious look. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide an estimate for a waterproofing system for their basement. 

Once a proposal was ready, an install date was scheduled and it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to complete this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor, around the perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that would take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about these water issues. 

A customer in North Haven, CT was getting water seepage into the basement through the walls. After contacting us, we sent one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, to the home to evaluate the problem and provide a permanent solution. 

One of our Foremen, Vic Varela, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement. This will collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Our SuperSump Plus sump pump will take the collected water out of the home at a safe distance. These will work together to keep the basement dry and give the customer peace of mind.

On the day of the appointment, Don Godbout arrived at the home to give a home evaluation. He determined that in order to keep this basement dry all year long, a WaterGuard System would need to be installed. With the homeowner’s approval, there was no time to waste and Josh and his production crew got to work! 

They installed the WaterGuard System along with a SuperSump pump which will allow water to channel through the system and out the SuperSump pump. TrenchDrains were also installed to ensure that water does not flood from an outer entryway, in this particular home it was the under the doorway. The after photo shows the TrenchDrain installed under the doorway.
