Hi Dave, This is the crazy lady from last March, that was yelling at you the whole time. I Just wanted to say that we had no water this time. We have a back up to a back up, but all is good. We've had no power, no internet and all that stuff, but we also had no water in our basement thanks to my battery back up system. I even texted Larry, and he was very nice to us. I think we should be in his next commercial, don't you? I have a friend who didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems, and had water in her basement, who was blaming the company, but I blamed it on her. She didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems and didn't have a back up system and power goes out, but the back up never ever lose power. So I told them to call you, not you personally, but the company of course. That is it Dave, I feel so good not having water in my basement and its all thanks to you. Thank you very much for everything you did.

Thanks for getting in touch. Brendan was on time, hard working, and professional. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I asisted with the new discharge pipe and am pleased with it. He spent lots of time trying to address the issue at the garage door, but that didnt work out as planned. Im going to install new weatherstripping to compensate for the height difference. Its not the end of the world. Invisible Fence came today and quickly addressed the wire issues. The guy said it was $127 and change, which was charged to our debit card. An email statement will be sent to my wife and when she fowards to me, Ill send it along. All in all Im satisfied. I appreciate the BrightWall being delivered as well. Its shows that you guys try to make things right. Brendan needs a raise (and a new 4" hole saw for his truck). You can consider me a happy customer again.

The two employees came to my home approx. 3-4 weeks ago. If I am correct, Luke was in training and Jorge was his trainer. I can not tell you how impressed I was with Jorge, he was professional , friendly and couldn’t have done more to keep me in the loop on what he was doing. He went above and beyond my expectations especially with COIVD, being covered and sure he asked permission to enter my basement. Seldom do you find someone so compassionate and professional. As far as Luke, he too was kind and explained what he was doing the whole way through. From a new employee perspective I think you have a great NEW employee and if he is under Jorge’ direction, you will have another great employee. I want to thank them for work well done and for being so kind while doing it. If you have the ability to provide some kind of official Company accommodation, please do, as they are terrific at what they do
