Before too much time passes, I want to pass along my highest compliments on yesterday's service. Since the installation of our basement service (May 2011), we have enjoyed the benefits of 100% useable basement space in our home. Since then we have arranged for the annual maintenance of our drains and sump crocks. Every representative that has come to perform those services has done a great job for us. Yesterday, 10/5/15 was no exception. Technician Brian R. is an outstanding representative of Frank's. He was timely in his arrival, extremely courteous through all of our interactions and exuded a high level of "on the job" enthusiasm during his work assignment. He paid high attention to maintaining a clean working environment and made certain to review all the aspects/findings of the job he had completed. In my opinion Brian is a GREAT front person for Frank's. Please make Brian aware that his service at our house and his professional interaction with us deserves an A++.

Wanted to pass along our thanks for a great job done on the repair of our basement wall last week.  We are very pleased with the final result. Ray was our initial contact and did a great job getting us all set up for the work to be done.  Craig spent time at our home 2 days last week to complete the job and we appreciated his pleasant approach and willingness to answer all of our questions along the way.  His work was very thorough and her left our basement as clean as it was when he arrived.  We will recommend Frank's and will mention Ray and Craig to our family and friends who may need similar services.

Please relay my appreciation to Shawn for his excellent work as he reattached and resealed, inch by inch, 170 feet of Britewall which had come loose from my concrete basement walls. My radon exhaust system will now function correctly due to his good work. Also, Shawn's pleasant character made  the whole operation more agreeable, especially as he had to juggle his appointments to finish my basement in one afternoon. Again, thank you.

You repaired and sealed eight basement wall cracks, replaced existing crack and sump pump with triple safe super sump. Everyone was excellent. I hired you because of your reputation and the way you conducted business from the first call. One week after the installation our town had over 5" of rain in about a four hour period and we had no water in the basement. Three weeks later over 3" of rain overnight and still no water - GREAT JOB!

You repaired five cracks in my basement area. I attempted to contact a company that did previous cracks (that are now leaking!) and found Frank's. I'll use you for any future problems - absolutely! We recently had our basement drain tile dug up and new lines run along with a sump pump and backup water system. We would like to tell you how pleased we are with the job and the great crew that did it. Chris, Austin, Jesse and Zach did an excellent job. They were very personable and polite and had a good sense of camaraderie as they worked. They patiently answered all my questions and kept me updated on the progress of the project. They cleaned the basement before they left each day. They were very safety conscious, not only for each other, but for me as well, letting me know if the floor was wet or if I should not step somewhere. Even though it was Christmas week, they worked diligently and went above and beyond by dumping some of the old stone they took out of our basement at the apron of our driveway to fill a couple of low spots. Our basement is dry and looks like new. Thanks for sending such a conscientious team of workers to our home.
