Brian contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after meeting with a flooring company. Brian had wanted to have installed hardwood flooring through out his home but before they could continue with the work the flooring company suggested having a vapor barrier installed to prevent issues that can arise with hardwood floors and moisture. After doing some research, Brian came across Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair and our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to not only seal the crawl space but the whole home from the earth's moisture. Brian is not only happy with the encapsulated crawl space but also with the beautiful floors that were installed. 

Elizabeth contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our trucks at a neighbors home. After checking out the crawl space after the project was complete she was extremely impressed with the look of the crawl space. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner.

We did a full encapsulation using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Dave contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of standing water on top of his vapor barrier in Atkinson, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Dave by getting rid of the vapor barrier system and replacing it with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we were able to seal off the crawl space from water vapor, install a dehumidifier to dry out the air and a sump pump to get rid of the water in the crawl space.
