We mechanically fasten CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout this crawl space to stop moisture from seeping into this crawl space. 

Kelvin contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had falling insulation due to high moisture levels. We where able to help Kelvin by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The Crawl Space of the home had a lot of falling insulation and debris, we removed all of the debris and leveled out the area before installing the CleanSpace Liner on the ground. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced an old crawl space door after encapsulating a crawl space with a Turtl Crawl Space Entry System. The benefits of installing the Turtl Access system is that it protects the crawl space from unwanted moisture and pest, keeps out rain and debris, it is immune to mold and moisture damage and that it is maintenance-free. 

Sandra called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as she was a new owner of a nice home and worried about high moisture level in her Crawl Space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's owner Chris Hunter met with Sandra to go over the crawl space and to see what Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair could do to help her. Berry contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture level and falling insulation in the crawl space of his home in Burgaw, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Berry to go over the crawl space of the home. RJ found that the crawl space would benefit from having the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed to seal off the crawl space from outside moisture.
