Also there were no proper jacks installed and as a result, the floor is sagging. Omni Basement Systems installed the vapor barrier called Cleanspce. Cleanspace is 20mil thick liner made up of 7 layers. 2 of the layers are cord reinforcement and there is a layer called ultrafresh that inhibits mold growth. To support the floor, Omni installed the Smartjacks system. The heavy duty, galvanized jacks are supported by large plates so they can't sink into the ground.
