Mark has a home in Niagara On The Lake with a crawlspace that is damp and needs to be sealed with a vapor barrier. Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible sealant called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20mil thick liner that has 7 layers. It is fastened and sealed against the walls.
A lady called us from Greensville regarding her damp 60 year old block basement. She had water penetrating several areas and was not happy with the ugly sump set up that she had down there.
Omni came in and installed a full perimeter WaterGuard Drainage System as well as our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, which was a huge upgrade from the set up that she originally had.
This gentleman called us regarding his cottage crawlspace in Orillia.
When his kids were young he built his dream cottage, which at this time was only 12 years old. This crawlspace was so damp that the main beam was sopping wet and rotting so badly that our production member was able to put a pen through the wood. It also had large mushrooms and mold growing all over it.
Our team came in and installed our WaterGuard full perimiter drainage system which led to our SuperSump to keep the space dry along with a dehumidifier. We then encapsulated the space with our crawlspace encapsulation system.
Our crew had to cut out part of the customers floor and wear a full Tyvek suit in order to overcome this crawlspace job.
We installed our SmartSump and our SaniDry high efficiency dehumidification system to dry the space and keep it dry. Then we sealed the space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
We were called into this crawl space to waterproof and encapsulate it. It was noted upon inspection that it was going to be a tight space to maneuver since the ductwork was so low.
Our amazing crew managed to get in there and encapsulate the entire space. They installed our SaniDry CX crawlspace dehumidifier along with our SmartDrain to keep the space dry.
