I was treated with excellent service by the call center, Jason and the installation crew. An appointment was scheduled to my convenience, and I was able to go to class with Jason who informed me off my situation. the system and products that he proposed I felt confident in, and his presentation only confirmed my confidence. I was given a price at the time of inspection which was nice and I took advantage of the extra discount by proceeding with the project then and there. Jason did an amazing job settling expectations for the crew. They knew exactly what to do and got right to work. I was very impressed with the whole operation dart to finish. 

We never used our basement for anything more than storage. Then we had kids and acquired five times the amount of things we had before. So we needed to do one of two things. Sell and buy a bigger home or create more usable, livable space. We didn't think things would turn out as amazing as they did. Ryan Thomas was our service technician. He knew his stuff!! He explained the science behind basement waterproofing, something that we would have never thought of as being so important to the long term health to our family and home. This is the best decision we have made with our home since buying it. Installation was a breeze and took about 3 days. We were so happy by the end of the project we BBQ'd for them on their last day. We had the work completed by TerraFirma for 2 main reasons. First, they were the most knowledgeable. From the phone call setting up the appointment, to Casey coming out, to the production team taking care of business. So, we were very comfortable every step of the way. the second reason is that WE LOVE CASEY MOORE! This home is owned by my 95 year old grandmother and I wanted to make sure that we were taking care of problems the right way and the most efficient way. This house has been in our family for generation and I couldn't be happier with how Casey approached every question and concern with professionalism and courtesy. We will be recommending your company to our friends and family with similar home projects. 

We were very worried about the install because we just had new flooring put in and it was really muddy, but the guy’s took care of everything. They were very professional, super clean and the foreman was on top of everything to make sure it went smooth. The experience exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!

Ryan Thomas is a stellar representative for TerraFirma. He made a recommendation of redirecting the roof drain spouts to another location to avoid any further basement flooding. He said if that didn't work, we should contact him again, but he thinks that will be the right answer. I was so impressed that he didn't try to SELL me any services or equipment that were not necessary. I am already recommending TerraFirma to others just based on Ryan's professional handling of my situation. You have an excellent employee. Ryan also said that if I had any questions about the work that my handyman could do in moving the drain spout, that he would be happy to answer those questions. He gave me his card and said I could call him with any questions.

inspector was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. Even in areas where your company had no solution he offered helpful suggestions for me to pursue. You heard me. A contractor suggesting other services and companies?? Unheard of right? This went a long with me and Patrick earned my trust. The project was a little messy during work but they cleaned up well. You couldn't even tell they were there. It actually looked better than before. Grass, flowers, rock bed etc all looked as good as new.--I loved working with you all!!

We saw TerraFirma at a home show in Albany. The crew was very nice and did a very good job! TerraFirma gave us a free estimate and had a guarantee. Upon job completion the floor was very clean, it was nice to have done in one day.
