We have had nothing but positive things to say about the company from start to finish. The call center was able to schedule a time that fit my schedule and sure enough the estimator was there right on schedule. Chris was very helpful. He was genuine and creative with his solution for our project. We really enjoyed working with Chris. I was very pleased with the results after installation and we are excited to have a waterproof and healthier basement.

The call center was very polite and able to schedule an appointment convenient to me, my work, and my kids, so I really appreciated the punctuality of Deryl to the set time. He was ready to inspect and estimate my project well in advance. In my opinion he and TerraFirma, all together, was very professional and polite. I felt that Deryl listened to me and respected my budget. Most contractors I've worked with in the past try to up sell products that you don't necessarily need. Deryl was respectful and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted for what I was comfortable spending. The installation of my drainage system took a day. I had a Drytrack perimeter installed leading to a sump pump. Everything went very smooth and I have no complaints with the entire project. 

Our experience with the call center, sales team and production team was very good. Everyone knows their role and how to perform it to the highest standard. Because we had a lot of work done in the basement which included perimeter and interior drainage systems, sump pump and a wall crack repair, their was definitely a fair amount of clean up to be had. We really appreciated that Keith and the TerraFirma crew took the time to tarp all the furniture, remove debris and afterwards restore everything back to the way it was when they started. We had a lot of questions for the teams that were coming through the home and everyone was very helpful and informative to every last detail. Thank you for your help, patience and excellence on a job well done.

I have had this water problem in my basement for years. It seems like every fall and winter and spring we get standing water. We called TerraFirma with intention to get a quote and fix it immediately. We heard they were the best company in town for this sort of thing and was actually referred to by a neighbor of ours who had similar work done by them. Jason Klein was on time to our appointment and went right to work in the basement. Luckily it wasn't raining at the time of the appointment or things would have been much more wet. Jason was knowledgeable and seemed to be a veteran in the field. Everything made sense for us at the time to proceed with the project and we took care of it that day. The call center handled my call with courtesy and efficiency. I received an appointment at my convenience. The System Design Specialist was promptly on time and he answered all my questions. The products that Ryan suggested I felt comfortable would would solve my problems and that TerraFirma was able to provide all of these services so I didn't have to contact multiple contractors. We were provided a proposal at the time of inspection and it was fairly priced. I decided to finance the project which Ryan suggested they had some great plans for. I was very pleased with the work Ryan did and with my overall experience with TerraFirma from start to finish. 

Drew's crew (aka Wolfpack) did an excellent job ! Each member of the crew was courteous, professional and kind to my many questions. I would recommend these guys to everyone and anyone. They are outstanding representatives of the TerraFirma Foundation Brand. They impressed me so much I went and got doughnuts and coffee.

I first saw the online presentation when searching for sump pumps. The office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Ryan Thomas gave an excellent presentation and was very hard working. I decided to have TerraFirma do the work needed because of the quality of the materials that they use and because of the various offering to ensure water control. When the crew came out to do the job, they arrived earlier than most other companies would have. Everyone on the crew were very nice and they were extremely good with the exterior cleanup. Bravo TerraFirma!!

with the summer coming up, we wanted to get this taken care of early so we could continue on with he rest of our summer plans. Josh was a true professional and was very accommodating to our rapid fire schedule. The call center gal was able to get us a quick appointment with Josh, and Josh was able to schedule a quick project date. Next thing you know the project was finished and we were on to enjoying our summer. The plan Josh designed we felt comfortable with and the products involved with the installation we felt confident was going to solve our drainage issues. Now traveling we don't have to worry about our basement flooding or having excess water build up around our foundation. Talk about peace of mind.

Tim was a real professional. He has his basement, crawlspace and foundation knowledge down and it shows. Tim Cook did an excellent job and had some great ideas. We had a large basement waterproofing project on our hands. It needed a pump, drains and insulation. We were happy to know that TerraFirma was able to take care of all these different aspects. We had some serious drainage, leakage, water flooding, etc, etc, etc problems. Not a small project since it was occurring on multiple sites on the property. Ryan had his hands full with this project. The design that Ryan drew up was going to permanently solve our problem right the first time. We had a little concern that through the installation there was going to be standing and running water throughout the apartment complex and on the neighbor's yards, but your team was very tedious and careful around the sensitive areas and did a great job. We would recommend your company indefinitely and are glad we chose TerraFirma.

There are a lot of companies is Oregon that waterproof basements and install drainage systems. However, non of them are on the same level of TerraFirma. We met with multiple companies and contractors and all gave us very high bids. Ryan was creative enough to find a solution he could stand by and that we were comfortable with, not only in price but in quality of work. From the beginning of the project to the finish we were well informed of what was happening in the current state of the project and everyone was very available to answer questions. We feel confident in giving TerraFirma a 10/10 and know we are probably not the first people to say that.

Bryan impressed us as very knowledgeable and professional in every respect. He obviously believes in his company and products, and he presented both well. We were relieved to not be pressured, as that would have turned us off completely. We give the overall experience a 9 out of 10. Nothing bad to say about Bryan or the company. We thought that the price was fair and for the basement services we were receiving, it was more than reasonable. We have created a home office in the basement and there aren't the moldy musky smells as before.
