He went to the home to evaluate the basement and determine the best solution to eliminate this water problem for good! 

Eventually, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter, below the floor to capture water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge that collected water safely from the home. As another layer of protection, they added our CleanSpace vapor barrier to the walls to protect from moisture and direct water into the drains below. Now this basement will stay dry all the time, ensuring this customer is left happy and worry-free!

A homeowner in Plainville had rotting sills in their basement and needed a footing extension to stabilize the home. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a proper solution that our Foundation team would tackle. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, would install this job. They cut into the walls to be able to see the footings. They removed what was rotting and added cinder blocks as the extension. Then they added a new sill as a replacement for the rotting wood. Now this home has stable footings and sills, so the homeowner no longer needs to worry about their footings falling apart.
