Christopher M is having some problems with water getting in the crawlspace with no way to get out. Downspout extensions have already been installed, but he is unsure of what steps to take next. 

Michael R and his crew installed a CleanSpace Liner in the crawlspace. This will keep it clean, and seal it off from the outside dirt. A SmartPipe system was also installed to drain out unwanted water away from the space. Lastly, a SmartSump was installed to pump the unwanted water away from the space. Christopher can now have peace of mind now that his crawlspace is clean and dry!

Don W is having some problems with his crawlspace. Moisture is coming into the space, allowing mold to grow and creating a musty smell that is spreading throughout the house. Also, water is getting in.

A SmartSump was also installed to pump away any water that does get in the crawlspace. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona was installed to dehumidify the air, keeping it dry. Don can now breathe in fresh dry air now that his crawlspace is dry!

Tim F is having some problems with his crawlspace. Water is getting in from the walls, allowing mold to grow. The water is getting under the tarp, instead of going on top of it. To fix this, Deshawn A and his crew installed a CleanSpace Liner, To separate the crawlspace from the earth. This will also prevent water vapor from getting in, keeping the space clean and dry. A Smart Sump was also installed to pump out water that does get into the space. Tim can now rest assured knowing his crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

Moisture was seeping into a crawlspace in O'Fallon, IL, creating a damp environment and allowing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed.
