CleanSpace is a vapor barrier used to collect water that seeps through basement walls and keeps it from evaporating into the basement air. The collected water then goes to the WaterGuard which is a perimeter drainage system located below the CleanSpace. It will take the water and guide it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
