They installed water guard, new sump pumps, crawlspace drain tile and an ice guard system. I am 100% satisfied. All three guys were very nice and kept calling me sir. They did a very good job cleaning up. They know what they were talking about on the phone, and in person. They sent a packet of information a tape and other peoples comment.

Woods Basement Systems installed water guard all around my basement, newsump pumps, crawl space drain tiles, and an ice guard system. I was pleased with the results of the work. Woods knew what they were talking about and the fix was perfect.

I did not know all that went into basement waterproofing.  I had a sump pump but my floor was still getting wet.  I was surprised to find out all that Woods offered and James did a very good job explaining how it would all work together.

Outstanding service, professional at every part of the project, I would highly recommend Woods Basement. Installation crew was professional, responsible, answered all of my questions, made sure I knew what was happening and why, and even when my cat disappeared, they helped us locate him in the crawl space.
