I just wanted to drop you a line to send along with my check for the final payment of the work you did yesterday at our house. If you've had a chance to talk to Wayne, he might have told you that we found out that we did have a leak from the water meter at our house. It's supposed to be repaired Thursday morning. Unforunately, I was out of town yesterday, and Kathy was stuck with making some pretty big decisions about whether to still have you install the waterproofing system, or not. She said things were pretty crazy there for a while. In spite of everything that happened, she wanted me to personally let you know how grateful she was for Wayne's patience and understanding. He provided good advice, was willing to complete the installation as planned, or pack up and go home, whatever Kathy decided. As it turned out, Kathy decided to wait on the installation of the waterproofing system, thinking the problem would be resolved by fixing the waterline leak. Wayne said that was fine, but if anything changed, call and he'd be glad to come back Friday as orginally planned. Shortly after Wayne left, Kathy and I had an opportunity to talk via telephone, as well as Kathy talking to our realtor. Collectively we decided that installing the system was still the best thing to do, so Kathy immediately called Wayne back with our "new decision". As you know, Wayne did come back, and by the time I got home from work last night, everything was installed and the mess was cleaned up. Kathy and I are both impressed with not only the workmanship of Wayne and his crew, but also by the integrity and professionalism of your entire organization. Wayne is a wonderful represenative of Woods Basement Systems, you should be very proud of him. Our decision to go with Woods was reinforced yesterday by the way we were treated, and by the very prompt and professional service we recieved.
