This crawl space had pools of water sitting at the bottom every time it rained. These pools of water were causing mold and moisture issues, which were tearing away at the insulation and wooden frames. In order to fix this, we installed a drainage system made of perforated pipes backfilled with gravel along the interior perimeter of the crawl space. These drains were hooked up to a SmartSump sump pump. We then covered the whole crawl space in Clean Space liner, which is made of non organic material. Thus way mold can never grow on it. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is able to eliminate air moisture issues. We also installed a Turtl crawl space entry door, which is not shown in the pictures. 

This homeowner wanted us to help stop mold from growing in their crawl space. We waterproofed, then encapsulated with a moisture barrier, then sealed out the old vents, then we installed a world class dehumidifier. Mold will no longer grow in this crawl space. 

This crawlspace was so wet and dirty that it had a pretty bad smell. Mold and other odors can cause headaches, nausea, and a lot of other health issues for the inhabitants who breathe it in. We installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system for a homeowner in Morehead, Kentucky.  The CleanSpace liner provides a vapor-proof barrier between the crawl space and the ground below the home.  We also installed CleanSpace drainage matting, a SmartSump crawl space drainage system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, CleanSpace vent covers, SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation, and an EverLast door.
