This relatively new home had a crawl space that was actually in pretty good condition. However, the customers knew that they couldn't expect it to stay that way without it being encapsulated first. We installed CleanSpace liner all over the crawl space, SilverGlo insulation around the walls, and a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier. This crawl space will now stay in great condition for the future.
This house had a rather large crawl space that had exposed dirt in it. In order to lock out moisture and mold, we encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner. Also pictured is a SmartSump sump pump and a Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier.
This crawl space did not even contain a door, so leaves, water, animals and whatever else had an easy entrance. We encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace matting and drainage, a SmartSump sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a Everlast crawlspace door to close out the elements and allow for easy access.
This crawl space was having some moisture issues, as seen on the walls and the floor joists in the before picture. Efflorescence, the white chalky substance seen on the foundation walls are a result of water vapor leaking through the porous cinder blocks, where it is most commonly found. The mold on the floor joists can also lead to rot and structural issues, so encapsulating to block out moisture is a good idea. Here we installed CleanSpace walls and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, two products that will guarantee almost any crawlspace that moisture will not be a problem. CleanSpace walls completely seal out water vapor and dirt, while the SaniDry dehumidifier will further prevent moisture in the air.
This crawlspace was made of stone and had lots of dirt and mold. The customer wanted us to place our CleanSpace product and install a SaniDry dehumidifier, so we did. The result is a cleaner and healthier crawlspace.
