The original sump in this Jamestown basement was replaced with a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. This sump system comes with an airtight lid, WaterWatch Alarm, airtight floor drain, and 3 functioning pumps.

A Monticello, Kentucky homeowner was interested in having the crawl space encapsulated, a new sump pump system, and a dehumidifier to be added to the crawl space area.

This home had a crawlspace that was often flooding, which was resulting in very large moisture issues. We dug trenches in the crawlspace in order to place our Ultra Sump 4, which was paired up to our CleanSpace and drainage matting. You can see we overfilled with porous rocks, which will help the water flow to the pump and not drag in dirt. We also added some extra insulation protection with our SilverGlo paneling, which will help the customer save on energy bills.
