In order for this dream to come true for them, they were first going to have to waterproof it to make sure no water could come and ruin their finished touches. We installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system that included vapor barriers around the walls, subfloor drains, a trench drain at the steps, a SuperSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With this system, the homeowners are free to do whatever they please with the basement to make it a comfortable living space. The CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls can also have finished walls installed over them, ensuring everything stays dry.

This home in Nicholasville, Kentucky had a basement wall that was leaking a lot of water into the basement. We needed to not only waterproof the basement floor, but also the wall. We were able to achieve this by putting CleanSpace drainage matting along the wall which allowed water to seep into the waterguard instead of the floor. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona. The customer was happy they didn't have to worry now.
