Response to my inquiry for a bid for my repair job was promptly completed.  Estimator's survey of the job was thorough, concisely explained, very detailed in work to be performed, time to completion, materials and work methods to be used.Work was completed on scheduled date and inside time frame quoted.  Pictures of the work in progress and the work when completed were supplied per my request.  Job site was cleaned up to my satisfaction.I had three bids on this work submitted and the price and warranty was competitive.  Happy to work with a local firm.Highly recommended.

I was interested in your product.  Albert was very patient with all of my questions at the show, and when he came by for an estimate.  The installation crew was also patient when I asked more questions.  I am very satisfied with the product.  I have recommended you to my neighbors.

I’ve had nearly all of my basement waterproofed by the basement doctor. It’s probably one of my better investments and improvements we done to our house. There’s nothing like having a dry basement.

Killis, the foreman was polite, informative, and worked with a great crew, Tyler, and John. Everyone worked easily together, the job progressed steadily, and there were no surprises. They were on time both days. We immediately noticed the difference in our first floor(restructuring was underneath) I highly recommend Basement Doctor for any structural needs in your basement! I hope that Killis, Tyler, and John win the “WOW” Service Award.

Ed is great at explaining what is needed and the process.  The crew was great and very hard working!
