Dear DryZone, A ‘thank you’ to Michael Buonocore and DryZone for a very professional and helpful visit to our home in Chatham, MA. Michael provided an objective analysis of the leak from where the water main enters the basement. It was unclear whether it was a plumbing leak or a leak through the wall, the latter of which would cause us to engage DryZone. We now have had a plumber look at the situation. He believes the leak is from the pipe, not the wall. For now, we will hold off on engaging DryZone to see if the plumber can provide relief. DryZone, however, will be our first call if the leak continues and appears to be coming through the wall.   Thank you again for a first class visit.   Ned L

Everything was perfect! You are a very user friendly company. The drop down ceiling turned out so well I want to have the floors done next Spring. 

Our home had water for the first time ever in the great flooding of March 2010. We received opinions and estimates from 5 basement waterproofing companies and were most impressed with this one. A friend with terrible, chronic, flooding had them do work in her basement a couple years ago and raved about them. She went from many inches after each big rain to completely dry. We had them install a TripleSafe pump at our home last week and were completely satisfied. From the people in the office who I spoke with many times, to the two people who came out before the job to look at the basement, to the crew that actually did the install, everyone was great. The price was competitive, and the guys who did the job were extremely polite, prompt and did not leave a scrap of mess. The pump has yet to be tested by a big rain, but I feel much, much safer having it. I would recommend them unconditionally.

Detail in which the sales department described the product and how it would be installed was great. Great service, installer was not able to able to answer one specfic question, but he had his supervisor contact me the next day to answer my question without me requesting him to do so. Clean install, highly recommend!
