We had our annual maintenance service call today, conducted by Scott Nichols. I can honestly say, that it was most thorough general service call. Scott checked everything that needed to be checked, and he actually seemed to care about doing a great job. He made sure that everything was cleaned as completely as possible, and that all equipment was working as it should be; not to mention that he was both courteous and friendly. I never once had the feeling that he wanted to finish as soon as possible; skipping steps along the way, only to get to the next place as soon as possible. I plan on having the service maintenance conducted annually, and would appreciate if you would assign Scott to our account.

I just had DryZone, you had installed a new basement waterproofing system for me on Monday and Ryan was the head guy and I just wanted to call to say I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, they worked very hard, were efficient, got the job done in about seven hours. I just wanted to give them a pat on the back and say that I am very happy and actually already recommended them to a few other people.

The installation crew, Ricky, Matt and Matt were outstanding. They discovered the unexpected source of a leak and repaired it. I was very pleased with the cleanup process. I chose the company because of their prompt response and very good printed and verbal information.

Thank you!!! I LOVE the basement work your company did! We use the basement so much now! We made an apartment of sorts with a bar and fireplace on top of the bar. A second bathroom was added because we now could! Wall to wall carpet and especially a peace of mind that we never had before! My son just bought my dad's old house. You may be getting another basement to DryZone within the year!!! Special thanks to TODD, (yes THE Todd) who was on the crew to help make it happen in time for the rainy season due to a shortage of help...Well, the falls rainy season as it rains so much all the time! Excellent from beginning to end. This is the 2nd time we used DryZone because we previously had them install a sump pump in a prior home. It was a timely process from beginning to end, but the actual installation only took a few hours. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the all the staff.
