Jay was pleasant, he took the time to explain in detail what we were getting and how it actually works. Representative on the phone was clear and all the information I needed before and after was given to me.  I was very pleased with Kyle, he gave us several options as to where we wanted the water to drain. One place that we were looking at, I could tell he was not comfortable using that as drainage for the water. He could have easily said ok and left it at that but he went into why he didn't think that was the best place. That I'm very thankful for.

My overall thoughts of your company are your people are very knowledgeable, not pushy and very thorough. I am extremely pleased with your products, services and staff. Great Work!!
