Your representative at a trade show was very knowledgeable a good listener and thoroughly knew your products. Jay, the salesman, was super friendly and the pre-install information packet was perhaps the best I had ever seen with more than enough information to make an intelligent decision. That installation was finished off impressively and looked like it came with the house. (A TripleSafe with two up and out of the cellar transfer pipes with a subterranean drain pipe away from the house). The Info Packet booklet was the number one reason I chose to work with DryZone and reflects your commitment to the trade.

James not only did the yearly service on our sump pump, he also installed the SaniDry Dehumidifier. Erin is very personable and accommodating on the phone. James called to inform us of what time he would be arriving and was punctual. James is very professional and knowledgable about the service he is providing. Willing to answer all our questions regarding the service provided and the install of the SaniDry system. He also left the area spotless!

Dan,   Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know I am very pleased with work the guys, Rick, Matt and Rene, did at my house installing the drainage system and pump.   They were extremely professional, worked hard until job completion, minimal dust and cleaned up afterwards.  The system looks great.  No complaints only gratitude for a job well done.  Kudos to your guys for getting this done since it was a very difficult day to work, 30 degrees with wind chill bringing is down even further.  Rick provided me a step by step on the whole process and how the pump system works and what to look out for if any issues arise.   Now I’m looking forward to some rain to see how well the system works.  I’ll keep you informed.    Also I’ll give you a shout out  when I’d like to do the remaining wall.  It’s a straight shot and shouldn’t take your guys any time to complete.  Probably around the August time frame.   Thanks again.   Mark

I just want to let you know that Steven the foreman, Matt and the other two guys did an amazing job on our basement. They did a two day job in one day on June 1st!!  Our basement is dry now and usable!!  The Triplesafe and the Sanidry are excellent!! Also, your very knowledgeable sales reps. Steven the foreman, Matt, and the 2 other guys did an amazing job! They did the 2-day job in 1 day and they did a very good cleanup job. They left a very little mess for us to clean up.

Call rep was professional and I was very satisfied. Jay is the best !!! Jay is extremely professional and likeable . He treated me with respect and i think he is valuable member to DryBasement Systems company. I had 2 sump pumps installed ,the first pump in Jan. with Ryan and the 2nd with James in April..both were awesome and professional and they did a great job. Both Ryan and James clean after themselves like it was their own home ...Awesome company !!!

Dryzone is in my hometown and basements are their specialty so I called them first. It has always worked out well Ryan installed my sump pump in 2016 but I was still getting water on another wall. I called Dan and he came in and identified the right solution. He was right on time and attentive to my emails. When I was ready, I set the appointment. Tom and Ryan were not on time..they were early! They called and were understanding not only when I needed a few minutes extra but when I did not set up the prep work correctly, they let me know they would take care of it. Complete professionals the entire way. The job was finished perfectly. It was as if they were never there. The site was left better than when they arrived. The entire Dryzone team works in lock step through intake to initial consult, to solution installation. I can't say enough good things and will be happy to spread the word about all things "basementy" to anyone that needs your help. Thanks again to all.

You had very high ratings and review, and I must say they were all right, 5 stars all the way! The company was great! No high-pressure sales! The girls on the phone were very polite and the guy who came for the initial inspection was a great guy, very knowledgeable. My installation crew was Tommy and Ryan. They were great, did great work, fast and clean. Polite, very nice guys! They left the area cleaner than when they started!

Jay did a great job explaining what i needed. Kyle and his crew did a great job with installing and the clean up. You can't even tell they disturbed anything.

I had another company "fix" a basement leak. It leaked more after their supposed "fix"! This company came in not only corrected the problem, but were polite, professional, knew the problem, how to fix it and cleaned up after themselves. It has been a year and my basement is leak free! I would highly recommend this company.
