Gina was searching for a solution to a musty odor coming from her crawl space. She knew she had to get it sealed up fast to protect her family from getting sick, so she called Ayers. We sent a crew to her home for a free inspection and our System Design Specialists told Gina she could use our CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier solution to tackle these issues.

With CleanSpace installed, the vapor barrier property it holds will protect against excess water vapor. This thick, durable plastic liner is placed on the crawl space floor and walls. It is specially engineered with inorganic material that prevents mold or bacteria development. Next we added the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which will eliminate this irritating damp, musty smell that was bothering Gina by drying and filtering the air. This is the most efficient and cost effective dehumidifier as well.

A Granger homeowner called us about her wet crawlspace so we gave her a free estimate.  After giving her a free estimate we decided to install our advanced CleanSpace technology.  CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. CleanSpace is the perfect mold fighting product. Now, this homeowner will never have to worry about a wet crawlspace again.

Our friend in Granger, IN began experiencing water seepage through the poured walls in her crawlspace. She grew increasingly concerned when she noticed several of the wood floor supports under her home were beginning to rot. She needed professional help, and we came to her rescue!

After diagnosing her crawlspace needs, we installed our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in the crawlspace. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a 20mm thick plastic lining that entirely seals off the crawl space from the harsh elements below. To supplement the CleanSpace system we installed the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system. Kimberly has a newer home with a mostly finished basement. Still, she has a small crawl space that has a dirt floor. Luckily, Kimberly hasn't experienced any water or moisture in her space but due to the dirt floor in her crawl space, she is susceptible to moisture. Moisture can cause foundation problems and annoyances such as discoloration. It can also play a huge role in allergens and humidity in the home decreasing overall home and air quality. As a preventative measure, she had our team come out to encapsulate the space and our team installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier designed to keep out any unwanted pests, moisture, and mold. This barrier restricts airflow and therefore makes controlling the temperature of the home much easier. CleanSpace is applied to the floors and walls and wrapped around pillars and piers carefully to ensure that the space looks clean and refreshed. Kimberly saved herself a lot of money by getting ahead of moisture.

This home built in the 1940’s in Portage, MI received a crawl space transformation thanks to CleanSpace. Originally a lake cottage, it’s likely that this space experienced some leaks, creating moisture in the space. Before encapsulating the crawl space, our team installed drainage matting so any that any water that enters the crawl space can flow underneath the liner directly to the sump pump. After the matting was in place, a flexible, tear resistant CleanSpace liner was fitted in the space. The liner is manufactured with an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold growth and stops water vapor. Its bright white color dramatically transforms the crawl space aesthetically while completely sealing the area off from the earth.
