This crawl space was poorly built and in need of encapsulation. The homeowner called us to see what his options were. In the end, he chose not only to encapsulate but chose also to insulate as well. We installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system to create a reliable moisture barrier between the home and the the walls and floor of the crawl space. Any water that entered under the encapsulation layer is directed to a SmartSump pump system that removes the water from the crawl space. SilverGlo insulation on the block walls helps reflect heat back into the home, making floors warmer and heating cost lower. Finally, spray foam helps seal and cracks, gaps, or common entry points for water or cold air. This crawl space got the royal treatment and we're sure the homeowner is going to love the difference.
