Water was entering David's crawl space through his floor and walls so he called our team for help. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.  

Customer had a moisture barrier in the crawl space installed by another company that had failed to keep water out. The homeowner complained of several leaks in the space. We installed a perimeter drainage system to capture moisture from the walls and floor and transport it to the newly installed sump pump. We also installed SilverGlo panels on the walls to provide extra insulation once the owner decided to finish the basement with a waterproof wall covering. These foam wall panels are made of small graphite particles that reflect heat. They also serve as a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into your crawl space. 

Ed’s home was built in 1970 and the crawl space was letting in water. He wants to sell his home soon and want everything to go well from the inspector. He called Ayers for an inspection and out crew determined that CleanSpace would be the perfect solution for him.
