Our Clean Space liner is a thick, durable liner, similar to that of a pool liner, that traps moisture, mold and pests from permeating your crawl space floor. By limiting these factors, your crawl space will remain clean, dry and mold free. 

Tom was hoping to get his old farmhouse in Belding, MI fixed up, starting with his crawl space. He discovered Ayers has solutions for his crawl space so he gave us a call. We sent out a crew and our System Design Specialists determined he would need our CleanSpace and Drainage Matting solution. 

Before we could install CleanSpace we first laid down our Drainage Matting. This is a raised, dimpled mat that catches any water intrusion and will direct the flow to your drain and sump system. Next we installed CleanSpace which is a thick, durable plastic liner with a vapor barrier property that protects against excess water and moisture. This is much more durable than a regular tarp from the store as it is waterproof and antimicrobial which means it will protect against nasty mold development.
