At one of our Ayers Basement Systems expos, we met Tom and found out his crawl space needed a little help.  With the help of CleanSpace, we are able to transform crawlspaces for good.  CleanSpace helps to act as a vapor barrier between your crawlspace and the ground it sits on.  Separating this allows for relative humidity to go down, provides more insulation, and also gets rid of a lot of those creepy crawlies.  Combine CleanSpace with SilverGlo wall insulation and you have an energy efficient solution that will save you lots of money over time!

Judy called us when she started to notice puddles in her crawl space. There had never been a problem with water until recently with heavy rain. It was coming in from one corner and pooling in low spots. We installed drainage matting and a CleanSpace Liner to waterproof her crawl space. 

The drainage matting is placed directly on thr crawl space floor. It allows for the movement of water under the liner and directs it to the sump pump where the water can drain. The CleanSpace Liner is a thick durable liner that looks like a pool liner and keeps water out of your crawl space. It covers the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from entering the area. By keeping the crawl space dry, it protects the structures from mold and rot!

Bernadean contacted Ayers because he had water issues within his crawl space. He had tried various things to try and fix the problem, even tried doing work on the gutters, and nothing seemed to work. The inspection done by Ayers determined that water was leaking through his foundation. The team suggested installing CleanSpace to provide the waterproofing he desired. Paul called Ayers and after our initial inspection, we determined that the CleanSpace Wall System and the TripleSafe Sump Pump would be his best options. CleanSpace Wall System is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along crawlspace walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. The TripleSafe Sump Pump utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement or crawlspace. the second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out.
