Our customer called with major water and mold issues in his crawl space. We used CleanSpace vapor barrier to encapsulate the crawl space after adding a layer of drainage matting to help water flow to the new Smart Sump pump. A SaniDry dehumidifier was also installed to control ambient moisture.

Nathan entered his crawl space and realized mold was growing on the wooden support beams. He knew mold consumes organic materials, so he researched and called Ayers for help.
