Ryan went to Pattee's home, inspected her exterior foundation, and proposed one of our company-based products called Wall Recovery. Pattee was confident in the product, so she went ahead with the project.

Annetta A. of Scandia, MN wanted to have a sump pump that came with a battery backup. She found American Waterworks so she got in contact with our office staff to gather some information about our sump pump systems. Annetta had a great conversation, so she scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane. Shane proposed a bid and answered all of Annetta's questions. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to inspect his basement and to develop a solution for him. Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system on the basement floor. They also installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace wall system around the entire basement. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, which then pumps the water through the discharge line to the outside of the home. The CleanSpace wall system is a vapor barrier that protects the basement from any moisture seeping in and the potential of mold growth. The combination of these waterproofing products has made Craig’s basement a dry, clean and brighter space. A Burrnsville, MN homeowner was concerned about the effects his damp crawl space had on his home and his health, so he contacted the experts at American Waterworks for free consultation and on-site estimate. Jeremy noticed some mold that had built up over time due to excessive moisture that is commonly found in improperly ventilated areas of the home.  

After the mold remediation was complete, We installed a waterproof polystyrene insulation known as SilverGlo to hold back moisture from the crawl space walls.  Any excess moisture build up will then drain underneath a CleanSpace drainage matting system that directs the water flooding into his crawl space to the new SuperSump sump pump system and then removed from the home.
