Marty and Faith S. of Forest Lake, MN were experiencing severe water exposure throughout their crawl space, causing them to worry about the value of their home. After doing some research online, they called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew. Shane inspected the problem and came up with a solution. Marty and Faith got all their questions answered so they scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson and his production crew began the installation by clearing everything out of the crawl space. Next, our team installed 116 feet of our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation that brightens the room and helps save energy. Lastly, our crew applied 730 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Encapsulation. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, and it also acts as a wall and floor protectant. The work was completed within a couple of days, and Marty and Faith had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Cari K. of Madison Lake, MN had water moisture issues in her crawl space, making her no longer want to use it for storage. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground drain and collects water from basement walls, while our CleanSpace prevents humidity and mold from invading a specific area. Kim was happy with the turnout, and is no longer experiencing water seepage problems! 

Doug G. in North Branch, MN had a dirt crawl space that was high in moisture and was letting energy out of his home, therefore wasting his money. A friend referred him to American Waterworks because they had previously had a great experience while working with us. Doug decided to check us out, and he contacted us for a FREE estimate. We were happy to send one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to inspect his problem and provide a solution. Chad developed a thorough waterproofing plan for his crawl space that would permanently keep the space clean and energy efficient. Our production team installed drainage matting, a SmartDrain, our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and TerraBlock. The combination of these waterproofing products protect the space from losing energy, moisture accumulating, and the potential of mold growth.
