Beth K. in La Crosse, WI had been dealing with a wet basement for years. She had water seeping into her home where the floor met the wall, and it was creating a damp, and musty space. She was concerned about the damage to her home and the health implications. She did some research online and called American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists to meet with Beth and inspect her home. She approved of our products and the proposal and moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner. Lastly, they filled back the gaps with rock, replaced the concrete, and cleaned up their work area. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump and is then discharged from the home. Beth is happy that her basement has since remained a dry and healthy space!
Dan B. in La Crosse, WI contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous satisfied customer. Water had been leaking into the basement for years, and he was ready to contact a professional. We sent one of our Design Specialists to meet with Dan, inspect his home, and propose a customized plan to fit his needs.
Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production crew began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor to create a trench for the 124 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and for the feed line. Next, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump. Then, they installed spray foam in the rim joists and a combination of our ZenWall and Foamax Insulated Panels on the walls for the ultimate transformation and energy bill savings. Lastly, the crew installed our SaniDry dehumidier to take care of any humidity. Dan also chose to replace his basement windows with our EverLast Windows with our WellDuct System for a cleaner and more updated look and to drain any leaking water into the perimeter WaterGuard system. The combination of these waterproofing products restored Dan’s basement, and he is glad he chose a permanent solution for his home!

Our Foreman, Edgar, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Half Wall System Vapor Barrier, which prevents mold and humidity and guides water seepage into the WaterGuard. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe is the best sump pump we provide for homeowners because it provides three levels of water protection and solves all three problems in one system. To complete the project, Edgar and his crew covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Marla was ecstatic with the work and had a wonderful experience with our team!

A homeowner in La Crosse, WI had water leaking into their basement. They worked with American Waterworks for the repairs. Our Foreman and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our crew installed Our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that has easily accessible service ports when it comes time for annual maintenance and they collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which prevents moisture and water from seeping through the walls and it saves money on energy costs by keeping the basement warm. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time by discharging water out of the basement.
