Jared went to her home, carefully inspected her water problem, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Homeowners appreciate how quickly this system is installed because it is done with minimal removal of the slab and all of the removed concrete is restored during the installation. So, just like that, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete.

The job took roughly two hours, and John was able to see the transformation almost immediately because once the foam is injected it takes only 30 minutes to cure.
