A customer from Hastings, MN, got in contact with us when she began to their basement was becoming drafty and cool, even in the winter months. Our customer was concerned that her home was steadily becoming energy inefficient. When she called in, we set her up with our FREE estimate, which entitled her to a thorough inspection into the issue by one of our Design Specialists. Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist headed out to the property to take a deeper look at the problem. When he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help remedy the issue. He explained to our customer that the water intrusion and draft could be attributed to her basement windows, as they were older and outdated. He recommended she invest in our EverLast window and SunHouse. He explained that these double-paned windows would stop water intrusion at the source. The SunHouse window well cover brings natural light in and keeps cold winter winds from blowing against the panels. The customer agreed with our recommendations and work began shortly after. 

Our construction crew, led by Foreman Tremaine, ended up installing 3 of our EverLast window wells and SunHouse window well covers throughout the basement of the home. Once work was completed, the homeowner was happy to know that her drafty and energy-inefficient worries were in the past! 

Holly F.'s exterior foundation wall was flaking off, and she wanted to get it fixed up to provide more value to her home. She scheduled a free estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane. Shane went to his home, carefully inspected the exterior wall, and proposed our Wall Recovery System, which is a special kind of spray-on solution. Our Foreman and his production team sprayed 174 square feet of our Wall Recovery System around the exterior foundation perimeter, which is made to repair the foundation and give it a neat and clean finish. The installation only took a day and Holly was happy with the new and improved view of her home!

Thomas M. from New Richland, MN had water seeping into his basement that was coming up through his floor.
