The call representatives at American Waterworks were wonderful to work with, and the service technician (Kyle) was very cordial and pleasant. He definitely seemed knowledgeable about my basement system and brought a humidity problem to my attention - which we fixed with the install of the SaniDry. American Waterworks is one of the best companies I have worked with! Kyle was excellent! 

I want to commend the team that worked with us. Josh, the consultant, who came out to give us an estimate was great. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very prompt in returning emails and messages. The team that came out to our house to place the system was awesome as well! Jose, the Foreman, and the two other gentlemen, Eddie and Luis, were on time and very professional. They answered all of our questions and updated me along the way on everything they were doing. They went above and beyond and finished the job in one day versus two. American Waterworks should be very happy to have such hardworking employees. Thanks for a job well done! 

I love my dry basement!! The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with the design specialist and the installation crew. The foreman shook my hand and introduced himself and the rest of the crew members. They were all very efficient and courteous, and the cleanup was great. We have only good things to say about the products and all of the staff at American Waterworks! Thank you! 

Tom was good and very informative.  When I had problems they were very prompt at coming to fix things.

Kiko, Diego, and Fernando worked tirelessly to install the system all week in incredible heat. They are very focused on attention to detail and making sure everything was done meticulously. I had some moisture under my carpet and I called to make an appointment to have someone come and check my tile system. The staff was very nice and got an appointment set up fairly quickly. Travis came and looked everything over. The system was functioning as it should. There were some minor issues with water seepage. Travis was very helpful and answered every single question I asked, which was quite a few. The next day, he was back and installed the Sani-Dry system. Travis was very efficient and explained everything as he did the install and answered even more questions that I had. He cleaned up with little mess he did make before he left. I would recommend American Waterworks to anyone who has water damage or is thinking of getting a system installed. Thank you, Travis!

We had water in our basement several years ago and hired American Waterworks to fix our recurring issue. It was the 2nd time we had to redo our basement due to water damage. The sales person spent a lot of time going over our options and answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and cared that we fixed the problem the right way, not just put a ban-aid on it. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the entire basement and the 10 mill poly barrier on walls. We also installed the sump pump with battery back up in case we were to lose power and for peace of mind. The staff came in, sealed the basement off and worked fast. Everything was completed in just a couple days and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. We have not had any water in our basement in over 6 years and no musty smell either. We no longer worry at all when it rains, because American Waterworks fixed our problem. Thank you!

Putting our level of pleasure in working with American Waterworks into words is a task that is difficult. We have struggled with water in our basement for nearly 8 years since buying our home. We were told by SEVERAL people that making exterior alterations to our property would take care of the problem so that’s what we did. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars attempting DIY fixes to keep our basement dry. They would work initially but after a short period of time we would again have a basement of water. I had asked around to friends and family and they all recommended American Waterworks. I called to set up an assessment and the inspector was incredibly flexible with our busy schedules. He came out and spent extensive time with my husband and I evaluating our property and our water issues. He provided pictures, written information, and actual examples of the supplies used for their systems so we could physically see what they offer. He was incredibly thorough which is what we needed to make this investment. Since having our American Waterworks system installed we have had zero issues with water. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and quick. I very much regret the time and money spent trying to do this on our own and highly recommend American Waterworks to everyone I know!

I have been a customer for 10+ years. I've had multiple projects completed including waterproofing, concrete work, and radon mitigation, and I am very satisfied with ALL work done by American Waterworks! 

The crew arrived on time and was very professional. The job they did has mitigated my water problem by 100%.
