I have been impressed with everyone for each project. After cement leveling, I felt confident proceeding with American Waterworks for radon mitigation without searching for other companies. I appreciate the quality, knowledge, and experience of everyone. Everyone was pleasant to interact with! 

My neighbor used American Waterworks many years ago, so that's why I went with them. The office staff was excellent and friendly! My Design Specialist, Mac, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and competent. He was very kind and patient and fully answered all of my numerous questions! The installation crew was Jose, Luis, and their helper. They did an EXCELLENT job! They are, by far, the hardest working men (who are fully dedicated to excellence) that I have ever met! They were all very kind, personable, cheerful, joyful, hard-working, talented, knowledgeable, competent, and amazingly skilled at everything they do. It was a delight to have the honor of meeting each of them! Thank you so much! 

The project was completed ahead of schedule with very little interruption of usual household activities. I was also impressed with the attention to detail of the finishing process and detailed clean up.

I was freaking out when our basement started leaking water. I called a couple of different places and American Waterworks were able to get me an appointment before the others. The rep that came out for the quote was super informative and lead me through all my options with ease. There was no pressure to chose the most expensive options which was not what I expected. Another plus was that they pair with a company that offered financing. I set up my appointment for the work to be done and, when the day came, they showed up on time. They were very polite and professional. They were also very careful and respectful of our home and cleaned up their mess when they were done. We only did half of our basement for now (the half that was leaking) but I will definitely be having them do the other half in the future! Thanks again American waterworks!

The Design Speciliast I met with was Dustin Loftus. I had a great experience with him, and he represented the company well. After meeting with him, I was excited for the installation of our waterproofing project. Austin Lucas, Jeromy Anderson and Matthew Hendrix waterproofed a portion of my basement. The team at American Waterworks should know that they did nothing but a superb job. From the time they arrived until we waved goodbye, they were friendly and informative and did excellent work. I would like to see them receive some sort of attaboy or at least some sort of recommendation for making the company look so stellar! 

They were very polite, very hardworking, and happy doing their job! We would hear them laughing and whistling. Each night, the worksite was swept clean and looked neat. Juan was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We think this crew should get a big raise! Thank you for the wonderful work! 

Thank you to American Waterworks for doing such a nice job in our basement. We are confident that we no longer will have any flooding in our basement! Josh Schultz did an amazing job working around my schedule to help me solve my sump pump issues. He was able to direct me to the exact sump pump system that was perfect for my situation. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did not try to up sell me into more than what I needed. He communicated with the city to make sure my new sump pump system was current with city code and laws. The installation crew did a fabulous job and had the new sump pump system installed very quickly. Thank you, American Waterworks! 

We decided to work with American Waterworks after meeting one of their Design Specialists at a home show. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Design Specialist we met with was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with waterproofing the installation crew. They were considerate and pleasant. The team seemed happy to work together, and we are very satisfied with the cleanup. We are so happy we chose American Waterworks! 

I didn't have a lot of direct interaction with the American Waterworks office staff, but when I did, they were courteous, very helpful, and responsive to my questions. They gave regular reminder phone calls and the mailing packet was also helpful for keeping me informed. Eric Hazelton was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about your products. In addition to being responsive to my questions and concerns, he put together a good package/system for me. I called him a couple times from the time of the original apppointment until about time for the date of service. He got back to me in a timely manner to address my concerns.  Tremaine and his installation crew were awesome! They called as they were on their way and kept me informed as to their anticipated travel/arrival time here. He also discussed a change with me that I initiated and was concerned about regarding the north basement wall. I really liked his solution and there was a smooth transition to the new change. The bit of a "bump in the road" occurred because when this was planned out, I had originally planned for them to do the entire north wall. This meant I had moved most of my "keeper" basement belongings to a northwest corner that now clearly interferes with the area they had to access. I felt bad about the extra work but Tremaine assured me that they could quickly move the items that were in their way to a new location. In addition, they completed the entire project in one day as opposed to the original two-day timeframe allotted. For me, this was a HUGE bonus plus! All in all, this was a very good/excellent experience for me. The guys - Eric, Tremaine, and the crew - were awesome! Thank you all! 

Very happy with the professionalism from evaluation and estimate, to completion of product installation. Company is always available to answer questions and financing was made easy. We now have a clean, bright and dry basement. We highly recommend American Waterworks!

Very friendly individuals that know what they are doing and do a great job of not only informing you of what they are doing but the result of their tests. They are very detail-oriented and point out any other issues you may have. With those issues, they don't try to push you into buying more products but let you know so you are aware of a possible problem and they can assist. Great job o verall and a company that I really trust.
