After inspection, our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace vapor barrier and WaterGuard perimeter drainage. This system is designed to encapsulate the wall to block moisture and direct it to the perimeter drainage system. The perimeter drainage system leads to a sump pump that disposes water out of the home. This homeowner already had a sump pump, but with the foundation being surrounded by so much wet soil, this system prevents all the additional water from leaking through the basement walls.
