Mike Coonradt came today to do our annual check up on our pump systems. He's been here before so I smile when I know he's coming back. He remembers things and asks the right questions. I think that your service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and can explain all the questions that I have. One thing I think that could be different is evening appointments but other than that everything is wonderful. I've done a lot of things to my basement since the installation including dry lock walls, plastic floor and it's now partially finished. I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems.

We are very satisfied with the installation that Adirondack Basement Systems did!!!! Don Rose and his installation crew made sure that the grounds were completely clean when they finished!!!! They were thorough in the explanation of what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and when they were going to be finished. My design specialist Richard Keigley explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. We decided on your company because my home inspector recommended you, plus the Dry CrawlSpace Science book was really informative (they sent this to my for free prior to my evaluation).Our crawl space was VERY WET and the house had a MUSTY smell ALL OF THE TIME.
