Hello Frank's Basement Systems, I purposely waited until the spring because I wanted to evaluate the results of your repair on my basement at one of the worst times throughout the year (springtime). I originally met with Frank on my original consultation. Franks was cordial, knowledgeable and eager to listen to my water problem. After my attempt to potentially explain the root cause of the problem and voice my concerns, Frank had made his recommendations to remedy the problem and we decided to go forward with the project. When John arrived, he was extremely polite and proceeded to talk about the project in more depth and explained what he had planned on doing (for me communication is key). After our dialgoue, he had suggested an additional option to add an extra section of drainage through my basement wall into the exterior sections of my existing drain tile (to help alleviate water pressure along the outside wall). After his suggestion, he had called the office to confirm and develop his pricing for the additional work. Even though it was an additional cost I decided to go with it, I knew the price was more than fair (I got a pretty good deal). Well with it now spring and with all the rain and melted snow we've had, I'm happy to say that my basement is dry and my wife and I couldn't be happier (no more ringing out towels and emptying out shop vac's). I'd like to thank Frank's and expecially Frank Nati and John for a fantastic job. Both individuals acted professionally and truly cared about the project. Thanks for the expert service and I'd definitely recommend Frank's to anyone who is looking to address their water problems!

They even cleaned the floor before they left. Frank's helped us move things in the basement when they installed they drain tiles. We referred Frank's to family and friends.

Dear Mr. DiMaria, I would like to comment on the excellent work done recently at my mother's property by one of your employees. We needed to have the basement repaired again due to a ceiling leak. Eric arrived on time and ready to work. He evaluated the situation and proceeded to do the repair. He skillfully sealed the cracks, applied a liner followed by new BirghtWall paneling on the walls. He performed the repair and patiently answered all my questions. Although it took longer than he expected he worked  continually with only a short break. Most importantly, after several heavy rainstorms this fall, no water accumulated in the ceiling alcove. Elaine G.

I am writing in regard to the services that were performed on my property this week... First, I must say the appointment time was prompt, and fit right into my schedule, as I had been away for a wedding a few days prior. The crew of two, Shawn and Brian, were on time and fully prepared to do the complete job. I was told by many friends and family, to expect dust, noise and a complete disruption of my home. I was so pleased with this being completely opposite of what I was told.. The men were professional, introduced themselves, took time to explain in detail the service they were performing and happily answered my questions. The noise level wasn't as bad as I expected and they even offered me earplugs. The area that was worked on was separated by plastic to keep the dust contained, and they even covered the stairs and their boots. I was shown what was being done step by step, and I fully understand the workings of drain tile systems now. I wanted to let the company know that these employees went above and beyond what I expected, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.. I look forward to having a few more projects taken care of by Franks. It is because of these employees, Shawn and Brian, that I will recommend your company to other family members and friends..
