We were VERY impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by your company and your employees. I would rate the pre-sales process a definite 10. The sales experience a 10, and the production process a 10 as well. It seems like you all run a tight ship. Everyone was on the same page and there was consistency through every phase of the project. Josh was our main contact throughout the project. He was there obviously during the sales process but we were impressed to hear from him even after the project was finished to make sure we didn't have any extra questions or issues. We had excellent service with the call center, the representative and production crew. Our house is built in a valley and we might even have some sort of underground spring in our yard because there was a lot of standing water on our property. We called TerraFirma in need of a drainage system. Josh made things very clear about his plan to drain our yard and solve our problem. I am very satisfied with how the project finished. At first glance everything looks great. Definitely an improvement from what was there, or not there, before. The test will come at the next heavy rain. We are very confident in your system, products and installers.  The crew went above and beyond to do some extra things and worked longer than they expected to. The plan that Ryan provided had all the components to waterproof my basement and we felt it was going to be a long term solution. Great job with the design Ryan! We have been shopping around for a long time for the best possible option on waterproofing our basement.
