I am not positive on how quickly I plan to have this project, but when we do we are going to highly consider TerraFirma for three main reasons. They came with a creative and efficient solution that we felt comfortable and confident in. Jason was a stand up guy. He know exactly what he was talking about and that he was giving us the best possible solution out there. And three, the price was in our budget.

We were so impressed from start to finish with the quality of work and the high standard that all of the representatives held them to. Contracted with Terrafirma for repairs to various sunken concrete slabs in driveway and walkways. Excellent job by foreman Chad and crew, saved crazy amount of money as opposed to removing and replacing problem slabs. Thanks, Gary.

Saw cut a trench along exterior basement wall and poured drain to sump. Installed sump and pump. Despite a snowy day, they cut a tree out of the way and arrived on time. On time, on budget. Great job.

Drew's crew were the epitome of what I consider good customer service on our job. They were right on time, very clear in what they were going to do and what they needed from us. When a "glitch" came up in how the job had to be done, Drew very clearly explained why we had to make a change and how that change was going to be done. They were prepared to roll with the changes and got the job in a timely manner. Great job, great crew, great customer service.

This is the second time I have hired someone to remodel and waterproof my basement.  I feel extremely confident your team fixed the problem, plus guarantees the work!

The reason I went with TerraFirma is because you were the most responsive, we had the best answers and he continually followed up. Before installation we had standing water everywhere. Basement, garage, backyard, you name it. The sump pump is working great. The best part about working with TerraFirma is that everyone was a pro. They did what they said they were going to do with the highest quality of work and with the least destruction possible. I have no criticisms at all. Of course there was a little negotiation with the price, but when is there not. They worked with me and not against me. Great job!

Water, water, water and more water. It was time I called. We did have a lot of water in the basement, but was also seeing it appear in the garage, side yard and around the back yard. What we had installed was a sump pump and a few drainage systems. We had a very successful appointment with Deryl. We found him to be creative with his design and very personable. This project is being done for a client and was a time sensitive project. We were especially impressed by the organization and coordination from call center, to estimate, to production. It's always nice when there are no surprises, and on top of that, our estimate was cheaper then we had initially spoken with Deryl about. I don't think anyone will complain about that.

I had a great experience working with TerraFirma. They were some of the hardest working individuals I have seen work in any trade. They were here early and stayed late as needed. What I was most impressed with was their complete knowledge of healthy basement systems and ways to achieve this goal.
